So far, here's what I see:
We can use my home on Lake Union and Graham's home in West Seattle for prep, staging, bunks, and mobilization.
Tuesday, July 22
Rick and George fly into Seatac about 4 PM Tuesday July 22. I will pick up. Bunk at Lake Union.
Matt & Jason fly into Seatac about 6PM . Graham or I will pick up. Bunk at West Seattle.
Can you men plan to ship your pack & gear in advance, and avoid potential lost luggage?
Josh & Bob - I think you each need to get from Portland to Seattle by Tuesday evening. Bob could sleep on Lake Union and Josh in West Seattle.

Do we know if there is a restaurant in Port Renfrew?
From one of the "West Coast Trail" pocket guide I get the idea that we need to arrange and pay for parking of the two vans ahead of time. The parking areas seem to be some distance from the trail-head and who knows how far from where the boat will pick us up. We need to plan how to get the vans stowed and back to the campsite and then to the boat in the morning.
The Indians apparently have a campsite/RV park near the trail-head and a place called Trailhead Resort has a campsite near the government dock in town. Where will our boat pick us up? We should reserve some camping space at the closest location to the boat pick-up.

Another thought --
What is the Port Angeles Ferry schedule like? Maybe we should be more conservative in getting to the Port Angeles Ferry.
If the last of our group is going to arrive in Seattle at +/- 6 PM perhaps we should just all meet up at the Airport on Tuesday the 22nd, get in the vans and go to my place in Shelton (1:30 from the airport and about 2:15 from Port Angles on Hwy 101 in the morning).
We would avoid Seattle traffic, one ferry ride, and all be together in one place to make final distribution of the food and equipment.

Hi -- vargo and I actually don't land until 9PM. I would prefer to spend the night in Seattle, and I think a 7AM departure is a great start time.
I spoke to Connie at the Trailhead Resort Store, which are the folks that manage the boat guy's reservations. She said to go to the store on the 23rd and she'd help us with parking and camping. There are no camping reservations necessary, and she kept recommending camping on the beach.
Sounds Ok to me. See you all in Seattle.
